Terms and conditions

Last Updated: June 4, 2026

Welcome to Gerber AI Automation Labs (“we”, “our”, “us”).

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our digital portal gerberai.co and any architectural engagements, strategy designs, or production integrations handled by our agency. By browsing our site, running calculations on our tools, or booking an audit slot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Automated Services & Systems

Our core operational delivery is strictly framed around the custom business ecosystems and revenue-recovery modules showcased on our platform:

  • Lead Management & CRM Syncing: Automated capture, multi-channel routing, immediate follow-up triggers, and cross-platform CRM data updates.

  • AI-Powered Support Infrastructure: High-efficiency conversational AI integrations and automated client assistance systems operating 24/7.

  • Document & Invoice Processing: End-to-end automated generation, parsing, validation, and delivery of business documents.

  • Bespoke Enterprise Workflows: Tailored data-sync logic, operational reporting architectures, and advanced n8n workflow engineering.

2. The 4-Week Automation Blueprint Delivery Timeline

As advertised in our operational framework (“From Audit to Automation in 4 Weeks”), our standard implementation operates on an intensive, hyper-structured 4-week production sprint:

  • Phase 1 (Audit & Strategy): Systems analysis, leak identification, and logic scoping.

  • Phase 2 (Design & Architecture): Mapping workflows and confirming environmental access keys.

  • Phase 3 (Build & Engineering): Core development, API connections, and script configurations.

  • Phase 4 (Deploy & Handover): Live staging, data verification, and platform training.

To maintain this strict 4-week deployment, the client must provide all access tokens, API configurations, and operational sign-offs within 48 hours of a request. Any client-side delays automatically pause our delivery guarantees.

3. Revenue Recovery Calculator Disclaimer

  • Our platform features an interactive Revenue Recovery Potential Calculator designed to estimate financial leakages and potential automation returns.

  • All calculations, financial yields, and metrics processed through this tool are rendered in Swiss Francs (CHF).

  • 📊 Legal Notice on Projections: The figures generated by the calculator are for educational and preliminary evaluation purposes only. They do not constitute an explicit quote, a binding financial promise, or a guarantee of specific savings. Actual revenue recovery depends entirely on live data volume, API stability, and client operational execution.

4. Free Automation Audit Bookings

Through our embedded scheduling portals, users can claim a Free Automation Audit slot.

  • We reserve the exclusive right to screen, reschedule, or cancel any booked audit session if the submission contains incomplete business profiles, falsified data, or spam inquiries.

  • Free audits carry no technical warranty or obligation, and do not establish a formal agency-of-record contract unless a separate Statement of Work (SOW) is signed.

5. Payment Structures & Non-Refundability

  • Unless explicit alternative staging phases are documented inside a signed project statement, all enterprise builds require a 50% mobilization advance to initiate the 4-week production sprint.

  • The final 50% closing balance must be paid and cleared prior to live server deployment, database migrations, or master account asset transfer.

  • Because our development cycles deploy rapid, custom-engineered code structures immediately upon kickoff, the 50% mobilization fee is entirely non-refundable once the Audit and Strategy phase concludes.

6. Intellectual Property Rights & Custom Assets

  • Client Ownership: Upon the successful clearance of all outstanding invoices, the specific code sequences, n8n json blueprints, structural web layouts, and custom operational assets designed for your project become your 100% exclusive property.

  • Agency Framework Retainer: We retain complete ownership over our foundational code blocks, macro logic formulas, pre-existing internal components, and generalized engineering methodologies used to assemble your custom solution.

7. Limitation of Liability for Third-Party Ecosystems

Our integrations function directly alongside third-party architectures, including hosting nodes, cloud communication loops, webhook interfaces, and AI engines. You explicitly acknowledge that:

  • We are not liable for operational crashes, service outages, algorithmic changes, or rate-limiting blockages introduced by external platforms.

  • Our total legal and monetary liability for any claim arising out of our work shall under no circumstances exceed the exact amount paid to Gerber AI Automation Labs for that specific service phase.

8. Governing Law & Elite Jurisdiction

  • These Terms, our online properties, and all individual service agreements are governed strictly and exclusively by the substantive laws of Switzerland.

  • Any structural contractual issues, legal claims, or operational disputes must be filed and settled entirely within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts, with the place of venue determined by our corporate registration.
